What is an E-ticket?

An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic ticket used for Concerts, Theatres or any other events all around the world.

How do I access my E-tickets?

Once you've completed your purchase you'll receive an emails from us. You will receive your e-tickets attached in a PDF file format. All you need to do is open the PDF file and print your tickets. You could also save the tickets on your computer or mobile device to print at a later date. You can also access your e-tickets at any time by visiting our website and selecting the Tickets tab where you will be asked to select your event, entering your email address and the ticket purchase confirmation code.

What are the benefits of choosing an E-tickets?

It is a quick process allowing you to access tickets straight away.

You can download and print e-tickets at your convenience.

You can forward them to your family and friends, so they can print their own e-tickets.

Will the printed tickets be accepted for the event?

Yes, of course.

Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would with cash and protect it just like any other ticket.

The tickets are sent electronically to the email address you provided at the time of purchase, however if you have selected the home delivery option, we will post the tickets out to you. Please bear in mind that we will only post the tickets if you have provided us with a UK billing address.

Electronic tickets: Free

First class post: £2.50

Royal mail signed: £5.50

Cancellations and returns

Once you have bought your Ticket we are committed to make payment to the event organiser. We cannot therefore refund your money not change an arrangement, If an event is cancelled by the promoter or organizer, can only refund the face value of your tickets.
